To hire a refrigerated truck you need four things: the pallet count or load volume, the temperature the goods must hold, the access at both ends of the journey, and the hire period. Those four answers decide the body size, the equipment and the rate.
Most hire enquiries stall on the same point — the load is described by weight when the constraint is actually volume or access. This page sets out the sequence that produces a usable quote first time, and what the daily and monthly rates cover before extras are added.
A single trip is the smallest unit. Beyond that, hire runs by the day, the week or on a monthly contract, and the rate per day falls as the committed period lengthens.
Trip and daily transport rates include running up to the included distance. Monthly contract rates exclude fuel and include 9,000 km, with excess distance charged where the tariff for that vehicle applies it.
Not when the truck is supplied with our driver, which is how most hires run. Self-drive rental requires the appropriate UAE licence class for the vehicle and is arranged separately.
