Pay per order means each refrigerated movement is booked and quoted on its own. There is no monthly minimum. The enquiry, confirmation and delivery steps are the same each time, and the quote reflects route, cargo, vehicle and handling for that single order.
Every pay-per-order movement follows the same three-stage cycle, with the quote issued at the confirmation stage.

Movements can be arranged across all seven emirates, subject to vehicle scheduling on the requested date.

Each box may weigh up to 25 kg and measure up to 60 × 40 × 40 cm, with up to four boxes or 100 kg total per pickup.
Submit standard next-day bookings by 18:00 UAE time, or pharmaceutical, frozen and multi-stop next-day bookings by 16:00. Same-day requests should be submitted by 10:00 and remain subject to availability.
